TOOK HIS LIFE AT HIS HOME IN ST LOUIS. HE WAS BORN AND REARED IN
JERSEY CO. AT ONE TIME HE OWNED TWO SALOONS, ONE IN CARROLLTON
AND ONE IN JERSEYVILLE. HE MOVED TO ST LOUIS AND FOLLOWED THE
BUSINESS OF HORSE TRADING. HE LEAVES HIS WIFE AND 2 SONS, AMOS
AND FRANK. BOTH SONS ARE SALESMEN FOR THE FAMOUS BARR STORE IN

THE CARLINVILLE AREA HOSP WHERE SHE HAD BEEN A PATIENT FOR A
DAY. SHE HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN A PATIENT AT THE JERSEY COMM HOSP.

JERSEYVILLE, WAS A DAUGHTER OF THE LATE JOHN AND MARY (MARSHALL)
UTT. HER AGE AT THE TIME OF DEATH WAS 82 YRS, 1 MO, 24 DAYS. FOR
MANY YRS, MISS UTT WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THE JACOBS LUMBER CO IN
