Selana "Lania" Chapman, born 05 Oct 1876, of Walkerville, Greene County,
Illinois, married Frank B. Staats, age 18, also of Walkerville, Greene
County IL, license 16 Jan 1894 married 19 Jan 1894, in Carrollton, Greene
County, Illinois.
One son, Franklin Earl Staats, was born 23 May 1893, in Illinois. "Earl"
married Helen F. "Earl" died 28 Mar 1957, in Houston, Harris County, Texas,
and was buried in Greenmound cemetery, Keithsburg, Mercer County, IL.
Selana married Newton Violett, 07 Jul 1907, in Carrollton, Greene County,
Illinois. Selana died 26 May 1967, and was buried in Greenmound cemetery,
Keithsburg, Mercer County, IL.
